Shipping policy

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: All orders are processed within 1 business day after the order is placed. We work with suppliers around the world and our suppliers typically ship items within 2-5 business days of receiving an order to our warehouse.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 3 –10 business days.  
• As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times.
