  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two to five business days of you placing your order, and then take 3 to 10 business days to reach your doorstep. As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times.

  1. What's your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please check our 'Refund Policy' for full details.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please contact us by email at contact@indulge-yourself.com

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order for example, if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted, then simply notify us by email at contact@indulge-yourself.com, and we will aim to resolving this.

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
